Training & Development

At Chrysalis, our Behaviour Practitioners provide training that is specific to each participant. We take into consideration their disability type, their specific behaviours of concern, their needs, and the type of environment that they’re in. Our training sessions and workshops are consistent with the principles of positive behaviour support, focusing on strategies for preventing and minimising behaviours of concern.

“Ask Amelia” is our blog written by one of the most amazing women we know.

Amelia’s unique perspective is that of a woman who has lived her whole life with Cerebral Palsy, she is brave and honest, has battled depression and being invisible, living in supported accommodation and wants to be a writer. We think her voice is truly unique, read her blog, and leave a question.  I’m sure she will inspire you as much as it does us.
