Who is the Chrysalis Group?
The Chrysalis Group is a new name in disability services, but by no means new to providing intensive, person-centred, clinical services to children and adults with disabilities. Chrysalis Positive Behaviour Support provides assessment and a variety of clinical services. Chrysalis Accommodation provides trauma-informed supported independent living with a focus on Positive Behaviour Support and Chrysalis Training and Development provided training for Families, carers and professional support staff.
About you
You are someone with a strong commitment to human rights and person-centred approaches. You will be an excellent team member and communicator, and able to work effectively as part of our state-wide team to provide innovative, trauma-informed approach to high-quality positive behaviour supports.

We are thrilled to be building our capacity to expand our operations across NSW to provide specialist behaviour support to NDIS participants. If you live in Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter or Mid North Coast regions and are committed to the human rights of children and adults living with disability and want to expand your own clinical skills The Chrysalis Group might be the right place for you.
